Course aim:

The practice of mindfulness invites us to put our emotions into perspective, to welcome anger or sadness without denying them, to regain control of our lives and to learn through the practice of mindfulness to take back control of our lives.

Objectives:

Beyond specific areas of application such as anxiety, stress, ruminations and difficulties in managing emotions, chronic pain or prevention of burn-out or sleep disorders, distress in the context of a chronic illness (tinnitus, psoriasis, cancer), mindfulness is aimed at all people wishing to take better care of themselves, to regain stability in their lives or emotionally.

Description:

This programme takes place over 8 weeks, with the same group. It consists of 9 sessions, 8 of which are weekly, from 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours, with a practical integration day (7 hours) organised on a Sunday. This MBSR programme requires a commitment between sessions on the part of the participant who sets up a regular practice of mindfulness meditation. It is not a relaxation programme although this can be one of the benefits of meditation, but a valuable and true learning to get through the turmoil of the human condition, a real work on the mind and how it stresses us and makes us suffer.
